We have offices both in the center of the UK in Leicester, as well as one of China's biggest trading hubs - Ningbo. By having bases on both continents we are able to best establish relationships with our suppliers in Europe and our customers in China. While Qing is a new branch to meet growing European supply, the China office has ten years experience working in the import-export trade. Originally created to export from China to Europe, as cross-border e-commerce became established in China, the Chinese branch over time became exclusively focused on import. We offer new brands access to the Chinese market on our shops on four main Chinese e-commerce platforms.
Across the two offices, we have a team of product sourcing specialists in both offices. We were founded as wholesalers to big e-commerce customers. This has allowed Qing to build near unique insight into consumer trends by working in partnership with China's top e-commerce platforms. This allows us to feedback to our partners our market insights on product selection, market plan and promotional plans.
The British office is run by Dr Stephanie Gordon, a trained China specialist with experience working with Chinese law and trade. Stephanie brings to the table over ten years experience working with China and speaks fluent Mandarin. She has lived in Ningbo, Beijing and Xi'an over four years.
